Good health shows in a horse from alertness to the gleam of an eye and shine of a coat.
An equine nutrition and wellness seminar presented by Tribute Equine Nutrition and Central Connecticut Co-op will be held Tuesday, Oct. 4, 6:30 to 9:15 p.m. at Potts Performance Horses, 105, East Scantic Rd., East Windsor.
Dan Burke of Tribute will discuss research in equine nutrition and biosecurity and health.
Larry Belluscio, also of Tribute, will present feeding the performance horse and beyond to balance nutrition and behavior.
Thor Hyyppa, DVM, will talk about equine encephalitic diseases.
