Soft Cheese, Yogurt, Ice Cream Class

Learn how to make ice cream, soft cheese, cultured milk and yogurt using cows' milk. Doug Flack will lead a class on Sunday, July 22, 1 to 4 p.m. at Flack Family Farm, Fairfield. Pre-registration is required and a fee of $20 to $40 is based on a sliding scale.
