High Hopes New Seminar Series

Looking for more training but isolated by your location?  Not enough opportunities for mentorship?  Not sure how to advance your skills?

Individualized attention in a small class setting can help develop and hone equine selection and evaluation skills, from conformation analysis to developing a training schedule for your horse.

Workshops at High Hopes Therapeutic Riding Center in Old Lyme include: "The Therapeutic Herd" workshop on Sept.  6 to Sept. 8. "Physical Disabilities and Neurologic Impairments,"  Nov. 2 to Nov. 4,  for increasing understanding of basic hippotherapy principles applicable to the therapeutic riding instructor. "Business, Development and Administration"  Feb. 21 and Feb. 22, to improve fundraising and management techniques for non-profits; also, develop a strong mission statement, create sustainability, budget for success and prepare your center for an enduring and successful future.
