"Your ideas are being sought to create a cookbook that will serve as a fundraiser to fuel and support the Wethersfield Farmers Market. Linda Nielson, market volunteer, is looking for recipes that incorporate food from any Connecticut farmers’ markets. Recipes may be submitted for these categories: Breakfast & Baked Goods, Appetizers & Beverages, Soups & Salads, Vegetables & Sides, Main Dishes, Desserts & Treats and Miscellaneous.
Contributor's names and towns will be published with the recipe, or with no attribution if so desired.
The deadline is April 21.
