Celebrate the Week of the Young Child

Celebrate the Week of the Young Child by listening to the story Louie by Ezra Jack Keats and then building a puppet like the one that helped Louie connect to a whole new world of friends and experiences. This is a free workshop at The Eli Whitney Museum, 915 Whitney Ave., Hamden, on Sunday, April 21, 1 to 3 p.m.

For ages 5 and up, participants also take home a free copy of the book along with a puppet friend they make.
