UConn Huskies, Big East in Hartford

Big East Women's Basketball Tournament in  Hartford means five days with 15 games for the championship, happening at the XL Center from Friday, March 4 through Tuesday, March 8. 

All 16 Big East teams compete for the conference’s automatic NCAA Tournament bid.

Meet Connecticut Gravestone Network

The Connecticut Gravestone Network (CGN) Symposium is Saturday, March 20, at the East Hartford South Senior Center, 70 Canterbury St., East Hartford. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

First-time vistors can learn the basics of preservation and reading old burying grounds, a presentation by Ruth Brown or learn about the Talcottville Civil War monument restoration or watch stone carvers in action.
