It was fair weather after weeks of rain for the Blues & Brews at the Coventry Regional Farmers' Market (CRFM) this weekend.Members of The Knights of the Mashing Fork (KOTMF), the state's largest homebrewing guild, served up their American beers. (And the free sipping samples proved quite popular.)
On site was a live demonstration (fragrant mash bubbled and cooked) of the steps in brewing beer, showing how it is made.
