The "Mushrooms are Mysterious" program lists interesting questions such as:

And what’s the deal with mushroom gatherers being so protective of their turf?
Part of the problem with observing mushrooms, experts say, is that mushrooms live most of their lives underground – what we see is only the tip of a much larger, hidden organism.
